-The lid of the box is meant to stay on the side or bottom of the box, until you are finished with your arrangement. Once you are finished with your arrangement, you may use the hand-crafted box as you would any other box.
-Avoid direct exposure to sunlight
-Keep the arrangement in room-temperature environment
-If dust collects over time, simply remove it lightly using a feather duster
-Be mindful when carrying the arrangement; it’s a very delicate product!

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept any returns. Each arrangement is created and designed to be unique to the customer, therefore we are unable to accept returns. We do allow cancellations within 24 hours.
Unlike fresh roses, your eternal roses barely need any maintaining! Simply keep the roses away from direct sunlight, within normal room temperature, and do not water them. You may want to occasionally dust your arrangement to keep it looking fresh.
No, not while you plan to still keep the roses. The roses are meant to stay in the box for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. Once you are finished with the arrangement, however, you may remove the roses and keep the box.
